Grading, Descriptions and Warranties

Gradings on the site are loosely as follows:

Mint means almost entirely as new, generally this will include packaging and supplied accessories etc.

M- means an item shows very minor signs of use if you look closely, but in general has a "close to new" look and feel. There will be no obvious marks

Exc++ means that an item shows light signs of use and / or age, such as light rubs to the finish or slight tarnish to bright work etc. There may be a few superficial marks but no heavy wear

Exc+ means that an item shows signs of normal use and may hove some wear and tear to the finish, but is not generally dented or damaged, unless that damage is specifically itemised

Exc means that an item shows signs of heavy use and / or has some damage or dings, but is generally presentable and usable.

VG means an item is very heavily used and / or damaged although this should not prevent it from being usable.

As Seen or As Described means just that, there may be major faults and / or damage which are described in the listing.

All items on this site are describe honestly and openly, to the best of the lister's ability, following a physical examination and test.

As human beings it is always possible we may miss a minor defect or omit to check a certain function.

Also, please note we do not film test our equipment unless expressly stated otherwise.

However, you can be assured that we are careful in our checking and descriptions, and we never intentionally hide any material defect.

If there is a defect or issue on any item which is apparent during checking, it will be mentioned in the listing.

All our equipment is covered by a 90 day money back guarantee unless it is sold "as is" or "as seen".

If an item is described with certain faults, those faults will not be covered by any warranty.

This does not, of course, affect your right to return any item within 14 days for a refund.
